2 lbs. beef stew in 1 inch pieces
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 Cup dry red wine or beef broth
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. Stir well to mix.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Serve over
noodles or rice.
Serves 2 to 4
Refrigerate remainder
Can be reheated in microwave
