2 pounds lamb stew meat
6 potatoes, sliced
4 onions, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 14½ oz can beef broth
Layer potatoes and lamb in crockpot. Add remaining
ingredients. Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or
HIGH 3 to 5 hours.
Serves 4
Refrigerate remainder
Can be reheated in microwave
