Once again Frankie comes through. I have to admit the Lobster Newburg sounds a bit better to me, but I was still drooling as I put her Posting together.

Good news. Frankie's back with another great veggie recipe. Popeye's favorite. We'll see how long she can keep this up. I'll Post the hearty recipes and she can do the ones loved by rabbits.

This is Frankie's first (and hopefully not last) Posting on the Blog. Since she's not (horrors!) hooked up to the Net, she had to Post it through me. Now I'm not usually much of a veggie man, but reading this made me so hungry that I had to go and rip the throat out of a small animal and feast on it. But don't worry Frankie, I promise to try the veggies soon. Oh, and you can also saute them quickly in the microwave using butter or olive oil. Hopefully we'll be hearing from her again soon on food or anything else that interests her.
