I'm still waiting to turn a profit on the Pacific Ocean property I purchased a few years ago.
I remember that. You bought that after doing Tequila shooters while watching The Man From Atlantis TV Marathon. Don't say I didn't warn you. At least the property here in FL isn't under water at low tide.
I was thinking big beach with no water and not getting anywhere...then I decided to go with the biggest mini-golf course in the solar system...
