1 1/3 cups rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can (6 oz.) evaporated milk
1 chicken, cut up
1 package dry onion soup mix
Butter crockpot (or Pam'd). Add rice, soups and
milk. Place chicken over rice mixture in crockpot.
Sprinkle dry soup mix over chicken. Cook on
LOW 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
Can be reheated in microwave
